DELIVERY
Each product has an estimated delivery time, however please do not hesitate to contact me if you require a piece of jewellery quicker and I will do my best to help.

Returns
Yes. If you buy a present and it doesn't fit or they don't like it, then please see my returns policy for further information. Bespoke pieces are exempt from returns.
I hope you love your jewellery, but in the unfortunate event that you do need to return it, please contact me ruthsimsjewellery@gmail.com. The jewellery must not be worn, altered or damaged.
